At LittleBig Bikes, we want you and your child to love every ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
